Job Summary

  • We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer & Video Content Producer to join our team and lead the creation of compelling visual content that strengthens our brand and supports our clients' communication objectives.
  • The Videographer & Video Content Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end production of video content, from concept development and shoot planning to directing, filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
  • The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical expertise who can transform ideas into engaging visual experiences across digital platforms, corporate communications, marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conceptualise, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, branding, training, events, and corporate communications.
  • Lead video shoots, including directing talent, setting up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and managing on-site production activities.
  • Capture professional video footage, interviews, testimonials, event coverage, and promotional content.
  • Edit video content for various digital platforms while maintaining high production standards.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, and post-production finishing.
  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and consulting teams to develop compelling visual narratives.
  • Develop storyboards, shot lists, production schedules, and creative concepts.
  • Maintain and manage video production equipment and digital asset libraries.
  • Stay updated on emerging video trends, production techniques, and content formats.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc., HND, or relevant certification in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in videography, video production, editing, and motion graphics.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, directing, filming, editing, and motion graphics work.
  • Proven experience operating professional cameras, lighting setups, audio equipment, and production gear.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other relevant production tools.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for corporate brands, social media campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience directing on-camera talent and conducting interviews.
  • Knowledge of drone videography and photography.
  • Experience producing content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered video production tools and emerging content technologies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 (based on experience and portfolio strength).
