Job Title: Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships Manager

Location: Utako, Abuja

Description

• As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our corporate structure, we are seeking competent, disciplined and results-driven individuals who can contribute to a vision built on excellence, integrity, innovation and long-term impact.
• These is a full-time, on-site roles for professional with strong leadership ability, technical expertise, sound judgment, integrity and proven experience in their respective fields.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Project Management or any related field; a Master's Degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in business development, market expansion, strategic partnerships, sales strategy, corporate development and /or growth management.
• Proven experience identifying new markets, building partnership pipelines, negotiating deals, preparing business proposals, managing stakeholders and supporting revenue growth across multiple busines sectors.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong market research, business development, expansion planning, competitor analysis and opportunity-mapping skills to identify profitable growth areas
• for UR9 Group.
• Excellent partnership-building, negotiation, stakeholder management, proposal development, and relationship management skills for securing strategic alliances, clients, vendors, investors and institutional partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, reporting, problem-solving, and commercial judgment, with the ability to turn market insights into practical expansion plans and measurable business results.

Salary
N250,000 monthly plus commission incentives (Experience & Expertise Dependent).
