Job Title: Real Estate Operations, Land & Client Experience Manager

Location: Utako, Abuja

Description

• As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our corporate structure, we are seeking competent, disciplined and results-driven individuals who can contribute to a vision built on excellence, integrity, innovation and long-term impact.
• These is a full-time, on-site roles for professional with strong leadership ability, technical expertise, sound judgment, integrity and proven experience in their respective fields.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Land Administration, Urban & Regional Planning or any related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in real estate operations, land documentation, property sales support, client experience management, estate administration and/or real estate project coordination.
• Practical experience managing land transactions, title documentation, client allocation, estate inspections, payment follow-ups, customer complaints, agent coordination and real estate operational reporting is required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong real estate operations management skills including land acquisition coordination, property documentation, estate project tracking, client onboarding, allocation processes and after-sales support.
• Excellent client relationship, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage buyers, landowners, agents, consultants, government representatives and internal UR9 teams professionally.
• Strong leadership, reporting, documentation, and process-management ability, with competence in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, client databases, land records, payment tracking and operational performance monitoring.

Salary
N300,000 monthly plus commission incentives (Experience & Expertise Dependent).
