Job Title: Corporate Legal, Governance & Compliance Manager
Location: Utako, Abuja
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Laws Degree, LL.B, and Call to Bar, B.L; additional postgraduate qualification, corporate governance certification, compliance certification or legal risk management training is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in corporate legal practice, governance, compliance, contract management, regulatory affairs, company secretarial support and / or legal advisory roles.
- Experience supporting companies in corporate services or multi-sector business operations is highly desirable for alignment with UR9 Group's structure and growth objectives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, contract management, company secretarial duties, risk management and legal advisory processes relevant to UR9 Group's business operations.
- Excellent ability to review, draft, and interpret contracts, agreements, policies, board documents, compliance reports, legal correspondence and internal governance documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, confidentiality, analytical thinking, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-support skills for advising management and coordinating legal, governance and compliance matters across UR9 Group.
Salary
N300,000 monthly (Experience & Expertise Dependent).
