Job Title: Beauty Concierge
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide personalized recommendations on skincare and beauty products.
- Educate clients on products, treatments, and skincare routines.
- Manage appointments, consultations, and client follow-ups.
- Follow up with clients after purchases or treatments to check satisfaction, encourage reorders, and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage and resolve complaints with empathy, ensuring timely and appropriate service recovery.
- Assist with product sales and achievement of sales targets.
- Document interactions, sales activities, and client feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Respond to client inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-store channels.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Ensure the reception and customer areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Stay up to date with beauty and skincare trends, products, and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales customer service focusedrole.
- Previous experience in retail, wellness, healthcare or spa is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high message volumes.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and customer empathy.
Working Knowlege Requirements:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and record management.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatment options (training will be provided).
- Understanding of customer service KPIs and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of complaint handling and escalation procedures.
- Awareness of confidentiality and client data protection.
