We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Beauty Concierge

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide personalized recommendations on skincare and beauty products.
• Educate clients on products, treatments, and skincare routines.
• Manage appointments, consultations, and client follow-ups.
• Follow up with clients after purchases or treatments to check satisfaction, encourage reorders, and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage and resolve complaints with empathy, ensuring timely and appropriate service recovery.
• Assist with product sales and achievement of sales targets.
• Document interactions, sales activities, and client feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Respond to client inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-store channels.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
• Ensure the reception and customer areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stay up to date with beauty and skincare trends, products, and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales customer service focusedrole.
• Previous experience in retail, wellness, healthcare or spa is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high message volumes.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and customer empathy.

Working Knowlege Requirements:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and record management.
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatment options (training will be provided).
• Understanding of customer service KPIs and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of complaint handling and escalation procedures.
• Awareness of confidentiality and client data protection.
