Job Title:Cake Baker
Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time(On-site only)
Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Cake Baker for a structured, order-based production kitchen. This is NOT a training role, NOT a home baking role, and NOT an entry-level opportunity.
You will be responsible for baking cakes based on confirmed customer orders received through our online system. This requires consistency, speed, and strict adherence to recipes and production timelines.
Key Duties
• Bake cakes according to daily customer orders
• Follow standardized recipes and portion measurements
• Ensure consistency across all customer orders
• Work within production timelines based on order schedule
• Maintain hygiene and quality control standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• 2–5 years hands-on cake baking experience
• Must have worked in a bakery or structured production kitchen
• Strong understanding of baking measurements and scaling recipes
• Ability to handle consistent production output based on daily orders
• Ability tomeet strict deadlines
• Must live within commuting distance of Maryland, Lagos

• Cannot reliably commute to Maryland, Lagos
