Job Title: Cost Control Senior Officer (MEP Projects)
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Track budgets, cash flow, and resource utilization.
- Monitor and control project schedules, costs, and progress
- Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.
- Review change orders and support claims management.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Track budgets, cash flow, and resource utilization.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills up to date on industry trends, laws and regulations
