Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic Agile / Project Management Trainer to guide our students through the lifecycle of modern tech projects.
• You will equip them with the strategic, organizational, and leadership skills required to lead high - performing tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach core project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Train students on industry-standard tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Asana.
• Run practical workshops on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and risk management.
• Coach students on stakeholder communication and soft skills needed for interviews.
• Guide students through capstone projects that mirror real corporate environments.

Requirements & Key Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in tech.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and scrum ceremonies.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI - ACP) are a strong advantage.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and motivational skills.
• Passion for mentoring international students to achieve career breakthroughs.

Salary and Benefits
