Nexa Realty Limited, a subsidiary companyunderHelprite Group is looking for a reliable, proactive and detail-oriented OTA & Guest Operations Coordinator to support our UK serviced accommodation business from Nigeria. This role is ideal for someone based in Abuja who wants to build a long-term career in international hospitality operations, Airbnb/Booking.com support, guest communication, booking management and digital property operations.

Nexa Stays manages a growing portfolio of serviced apartments and townhouses in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our properties are listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo and our direct booking website. As the business grows, we are building a strong Nigeria-based support team to help manage our booking platforms, calendars, guest enquiries, listing checks, Tokeet updates and daily operational reporting.

Job Description

  • Nexa Realty is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the company’s growth initiatives and revenue generation efforts.
  • This role will play a key part in helping the company build its pipeline of clients, projects, strategic partnerships, and property opportunities as operations commence.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving commercial growth in line with the company’s objectives.
  • This is a high-impact role operating under clearly defined business and growth targets, and is best suited for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, well-presented, and confident engaging with clients, landowners, developers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of clients, projects, and partnerships
  • Engage and build relationships with landowners, developers, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business
  • Support the company’s sales and marketing activities
  • Prepare business development reports and pipeline updates
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to execute the company’s growth strategy
  • Monitor market trends and identify strategic opportunities within the real estate sector
  • Help drive revenue generation and ensure growth targets are actively pursued

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (real estate experience is a must)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and close opportunities
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Professional presentation and ability to represent the company confidently
  • Strong reporting and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.

Salary Range
N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
