Description

• Are you passionate about driving user growth, executing impactful campaigns, and optimizing e-commerce performance?
• We are seeking an execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Specialist to lead user activation initiatives, manage promotional campaigns, and improve online sales performance across our mobile app and website.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user activation campaigns
• Drive first-time purchases and improve user engagement
• Create and manage promotional and discount campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
• Manage promotional content across the app and website
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and key performance metrics
• Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Product Management, E-commerce Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Strong experience executing campaigns independently
• Good understanding of mobile app and e-commerce user journeys
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
