Job Description
- We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Infrastructure / IT Operations Manager to lead our client’s infrastructure strategy, technology operations, and service reliability function.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable technology platforms that support business growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the infrastructure and IT operations roadmap.
- Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, network, and systems operations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of critical platforms.
- Manage infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and service improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
- Drive operational resilience and technology scalability.
- Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.
- Manage technology vendors, service providers, and operational SLAs.
- Build and develop a high-performing infrastructure and operations team.
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Related technology discipline
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, MBA, or related field.

- 8–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, systems administration, network management, or technology operations leadership.
