The role involves understanding customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and building long-term client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Job Summary

• HRLeverage Africa, the worforce management company is recruiting for a results-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Executive on behalf of a client in the vitamins and skincare industry.
• The ideal candidate will drive online sales growth and optimize digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and support customer acquisition campaigns
• Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
• Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads to sales
• Upload products and update content on website/e-commerce platforms
• Assist in creating marketing content and promotions
• Track basic sales and campaign performance reports
• Support influencer and distributor outreach activities
• Maintain customer database and follow-up leads

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce/digital sales
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is an added advantage
• Strong digital marketing, SEO, and CRO knowledge
• Familiarity with Nigerian market dynamics (Lagos preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools

Salary
