Job Summary
- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Meet, attend to, and set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Sales & Negotiation: Demonstrate and present products, negotiate prices, and successfully close deals, contracts, and packages.
- Business Development: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Reporting & Performance: Prepare and deliver product presentations, maintain accurate records, and create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Operations & Feedback: Ensure stock availability for sales, handle client complaints or objections professionally, and gather customer feedback to share with internal teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve better collective results.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, or a similar relevant role.
- Strong command of English and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Deep understanding of marketing, negotiation techniques, and strong customer relations skills.
- Fast learner with a genuine passion for sales and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently.
- Aptitude for creating and delivering highly attractive presentations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
Salary
N180,000 - N 200,000 per month (based on experience) + highly attractive commissions.
