We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Officer (Finished Goods)

Location: Enugu

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive finished products from the production department and verify quantities, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and accompanying documentation.
  • Ensure proper storage of finished goods in accordance with specified temperature, humidity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the stock register.
  • Implement and maintain First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
  • Assist during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality management system reviews.
  • Monitor stock levels and provide regular inventory reports to management.
  • Report inventory variances, product damages, and warehouse operational issues to management promptly.

Requirements
Professional requirements (minimum):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND
  • Preferred- At least of 1 year experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, inventory control systems, and pharmaceutical warehousing practices.

Language required (minimum):

  • English
  • Preferred- none

Software knowledge required (minimum):

  • Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides
  • OR equivalents (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.)

Personal requirements:

  • Strong inventory and stock control skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good organisational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage requirements and regulatory standards.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
