AgriLink Bloom Ltd is a digital agriculture platform connecting farmers, commodity aggregators, cooperatives, warehouses, processors, feed mills, exporters, and institutional buyers through a trusted marketplace for agricultural commodities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Consultant

Locations: Ibadan - Oyo, Ondo, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos and Benue
Employment Type: Full-time

Who We Are Looking For

  • We are looking for self - driven professionals who possess strong networks within agricultural commodity - producing regions and have a proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals.
  • Successful consultants will be responsible for identifying and onboarding farmers, commodity aggregators, cooperatives, warehouses, and buyers onto the AgriLink platform.
  • This is not a role for individuals who require constant supervision. We seek leaders, problem - solvers, and independent professionals who can take ownership of their territories and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard farmers, commodity aggregators, cooperatives, and warehouse operators.
  • Develop relationships with commodity buyers, processors, feed mills, exporters, and institutional purchasers.
  • Gather market intelligence and commodity availability information within assigned territories.
  • Promote the adoption and usage of the AgriLink platform.
  • Facilitate transactions between buyers and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified agricultural commodity suppliers and buyers.
  • Represent AgriLink professionally and ethically at all times.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in any discipline.
  • Graduates of Agriculture and related disciplines will receive special consideration.
  • MBA holders are encouraged to apply.
  • 2 – 6 years of experience in Agriculture, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
  • Age between 25 and 40 years.
  • Demonstrable track record of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of agricultural commodity markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of farmer locations, farm gate markets, commodity aggregation centers, cooperatives, warehouses, and commodity trading activities within the applicant's chosen territory.
  • Applicants in Kaduna, Benue States Ibadan / Ondo axis should possess extensive knowledge of commodity - producing communities and aggregation hubs within those states / regions.
