We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Driver

Location: Ibeshe - Road, Ebute Ikorodu - Lagos
Employment Type:Onsite
Start Date: Immediate
Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm

Client's Priority

  • Our client has had repeated challenges with drivers who are consistently late, make unreliable excuses, and present themselves poorly. She needs someone who takes punctuality, personal presentation, and professionalism seriously, no exceptions.

About The Role

  • A Lagos-based professional based in Ibeshe, Ikorodu is seeking a dedicated Personal Driver for full-time engagement.
  • The role involves daily commute to and from work, with the driver expected to be available and ready by 8:00 AM sharp every working day. Due to Lagos traffic conditions, flexibility at close of business is required.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Ikorodu, specifically Ibeshe, Ebute, Ikorodu Garage, or Aga axis. Proximity is non-negotiable.
  • Must hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Must be well educated with good communication skills.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Lagos roads both Mainland and Island routes.
  • Must have adequate knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, hardworking, loyal, and trustworthy.
  • Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Must be able to manage traffic-related delays without excuses or complaints.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and ensure the office is well organized.
  • Support the team with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in coordinating internal communication between departments.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative, front-desk, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Pleasant, professional demeanor with the ability to attend to guests confidently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience Level: 1 - 2 years
  • Preferred Gender: Male.

Salary
120,000 Monthly.
