We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor organizational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with executive management to achieve strategic goals and business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads and management staff.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 8–15years of progressive management experience, with at least 5years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and business performance.
