Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Summary
- The Graduate Trainee will participate in a structured development program designed to provide practical exposure and technical training in engineering operations.
- The role supports project execution, process improvement, maintenance activities, and engineering analysis while developing professional and technical competencies.
- Are you a fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering with a minimum of HND or BSC?

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the company’s graduate trainee development programme.
- Support engineering and operational activities across assigned departments.
- Assist in monitoring equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Assist with materials evaluation, inspection, testing, and quality control processes.
- Prepare technical reports, records, and engineering documentation.
- Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and/or materials engineering principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to CAD, maintenance, process, or materials analysis tools is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and work within teams.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
