Job Summary
- As the General Manager, you will oversee company-wide operations, sales, and strategic direction. You will drive business performance, ensure operational excellence, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives to achieve company goals
- Oversee sales, operations, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and alignment
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation across business units
- Develop and implement policies, performance frameworks, and company-wide objectives
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years’ leadership experience in sales, operations, or general management
- Proven track record in business growth and performance management
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Financially literate with experience in budget planning and cost control.
Salary
NGN 800,000 - NGN 1,000,000 / Month.
