Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive Procurement Executive with experience in procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination within the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor sourcing, onboarding, and performance
- Process PRs and POs within SLA timelines
- Monitor inventory across warehouses and retail outlets
- Track stock movement and coordinate product distribution
- Generate procurement, inventory, and MIS reports
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Technical, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management
- Experience sourcing telecom devices such as MiFi devices, routers, modems, SIM cards, and accessories
- Strong knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes
- Proficiency in Tally, JIRA, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong MIS reporting, inventory control, and vendor management experience
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
