Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and support our brand objectives.
- The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate should be highly creative, capable of creating compelling digital content with minimal supervision, and committed to building a long-term career with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Design and manage digital campaigns to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and promotional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain an active online community around the company's brand.
- Take initiative in identifying and implementing strategies that improve online engagement and lead generation.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Proven ability to create engaging digital content with little or no supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong commitment to long-term employment and professional growth within the organization.
Salary
- Candidates with little or no experience: N105,000 monthly.
- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience: N120,000 monthly.
