Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, courteous, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing administrative support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and mail.
- Provide general administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational ability.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
