We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ozubulu, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, courteous, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing administrative support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and mail.
  • Provide general administrative support as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational ability.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
