Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to facilitate the timely and secure delivery of mobile phones, accessories, documents, and other company items to customers and branches within Lagos.
• The ideal candidate must be familiar with Lagos routes, possess excellent riding skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile phones, accessories, documents, and other items to customers and company branches within Lagos.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and within the stipulated time.
• Obtain proof of delivery, including signatures, delivery notes, or other required documentation.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries and collections made on behalf of the company.
• Handle products with care to prevent damage, loss, or theft during transit.
• Assist in transferring stock and inventory between company branches when required.
• Verify items received and delivered against dispatch records.
• Communicate delivery status and any challenges encountered to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure assigned motorcycle is properly maintained and kept in good working condition.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Support other logistics and operational activities as assigned by management.
