Job Overview

• A detail-oriented and experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager is needed to oversee the design, implementation, and management of the company's compensation and benefits framework.
• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in compensation strategy, payroll oversight, job evaluation, market pricing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration within a structured business environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPM, PHRI, SHRM, or other relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards management roles.
• Exposure in managing compensation and benefits operations across multiple locations and/or countries.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles including job analysis, job evaluation, market pricing, salary structuring, and reward management.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian payroll regulations, labour laws, taxation, and statutory deductions.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and payroll software systems.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
