We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

General Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying Duties:

  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Measure and value construction works from drawings and site records.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Verify subcontractor and supplier invoices before payment processing.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and verify quantities executed.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual documentation.

Procurement Duties:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Obtain and analyze quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement reports.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites.
  • Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
