Alpha-Phoenix Consults - Our client, a leading 5-star hotel brand, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Human Resources

Locations: Abuja and Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Our client is seeking experienced and strategic HR Managers to join its team in Lagos and Abuja.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is required
• Master's Degree will be an added advantage

Other Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service-driven organizations
• Proven ability to work effectively with Business Owners, Board Members, and Senior Executives
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and labor laws
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Hospitality industry experience is a distinct advantage.

Salary
N800,000 monthly.
