We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager, QSR Division

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver full P&L performance of the QSR division including same-store revenue growth, cost optimization and profitability 
  • Ensure effective and consistent execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Hazards Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) compliance across all outlets 
  • Drive consistent customer experience and brand performance across all restaurant formats.
  • Lead expansion, new store openings and scalability 
  • Build leadership pipeline and drive employee engagement 
  • Provide leadership in hiring and building the capability of the Team.
  • Ensure adherence to Sundry Foods policies, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to Executive Leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide operational support to other company-owned businesses (where required)
  • All other duties and responsibilities as given to you by the Managing/Executive Director and the Board.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline

Required Skill:

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Deep understanding of QSR operations and food service systems
  • Strategic thinking and execution discipline
  • Leadership presence and people management capab
