We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telesales and Retention Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Engage at least 30 customers daily through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, upsell, and reactivate clients
- Achieve a monthly revenue target of ₦20,000,000, with a minimum performance benchmark of 75%
- Retain at least six new customers monthly from the assigned customer list
- Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued usage
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
- Record and report all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and optimize retention strategies
- This is a target-driven position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by both immediate sales results and long-term customer growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, customer retention, or account management
- Strong outbound calling, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven, organized, and familiar with CRM tools
