Job Title: ADHOC Staff

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with basic banking inquiries and requests
• Support front desk and customer service operations
• Perform data entry and documentation accurately
• Assist with account opening processes and form verification
• File, sort, and manage banking documents and records
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor or branch manager.
