We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily transportation and logistics activities.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and operational activities.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and vendors regarding delivery schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Assist in managing vehicle maintenance schedules and fuel records.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Support warehouse and inventory operations when required.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, Economics, Management Sciences
