In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. Our framework is developed to fully support the businesses of our clients, ensuring continuous improvement of the outsourced services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Support Agent

Locations: Apapa & Lekki Expressway - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Agents to provide first-level technical assistance, resolve user issues, and ensure seamless service delivery across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to customers/users
• ⁠Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
• ⁠Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
• ⁠Ensure timely response and resolution in line with SLAs
• Assist with system installations, updates, and basic configurations
• Deliver excellent customer service and user support

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Must be age 27 and below
• ⁠Must have the NYSC certificate.

Salary
N155,000 per month plus HMO, Pension and other benefits.
