Mace is a microfinance cooperative that specializes in providng small business loans to men and women in the mostly underbanked regions of northern nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The core focus is driving efficiency, managing risk, and scaling lending.
• Bridge the gap between financial services and technology.
• Analyze operational data, optimize loan management systems.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor`s Degree with 4.0 GPA or higher.
• Minimum experience of 3 years.

Skills:

• Proficient in excel.
• Outstanding math and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Quick thinking.
