Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cuisine Chef to prepare authentic, high-quality Chinese dishes while maintaining excellent food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Chinese cooking and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes.
- Ensure meals are prepared to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Comply with all food safety and health regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2years' experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques and recipes.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
