Job Title: Deputy Chief Security Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Deputy Chief Security Officer to support the Chief Security Officer in overseeing all security operations within our manufacturing facility.
• The successful candidate will help safeguard company assets, personnel, and operations while ensuring compliance with security policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Security Management, Criminology, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years' security experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial security operations, access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and incident management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Relevant professional security certifications will be an added advantage.
