Job Title: Facility Operations Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Operations Officer to oversee daily cleaning operations across client locations, supervise cleaning teams, ensure service quality, build strong client relationships, support business development efforts, and ensure the successful delivery of all cleaning and facility services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaners across multiple client locations.
- Conduct routine and surprise site inspections to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure cleaning services meet company standards and client expectations.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Resolve operational issues and client complaints promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage contract renewals and long-term retention.
- Conduct regular client visits and obtain feedback on service quality.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional cleaning and facility services to existing clients.
- Support client acquisition by identifying prospects, attending site inspections, and participating in business development activities.
- Coordinate staff deployment, schedules, and emergency replacements where necessary.
- Ensure the proper use, storage, and accountability of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Maintain accurate operational records, inspection reports, and inventory updates.
- Enforce health, safety, and company operational standards across all client sites.
- Capture clear before-and-after photos and short videos of completed projects using a smartphone for reporting and marketing purposes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility management, commercial cleaning, hospitality, or operations.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client locations.
- Good report writing and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to take quality photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Must reside in or around Lekki and be willing to travel within Lagos for site inspections.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
