Operations Supervisor at Hilong Group of Companies

Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

• Manage shift in a Drilling facility. Follow up on productivity, downtime, delays, and quality KPIs.
• Manage Safety and Quality actions to be implemented.
• Analyze and provide solution for critical failures. Interface with ancillary departments

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant technical diploma or degree and previous experience 8+ years in the drilling industry,
• Previous experience in the Oil and Gas drilling and production industry an asset
• Safety and Quality minded, detail oriented, with strong follow-up and analytical skills.
