Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Restaurant)

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 1 day on, 1 day off (approximately 15 working days per month)
Start Date: Immediate employment

Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our restaurant team in Wuse 2, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, handling orders efficiently, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a warm and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
• Provide menu information and recommend items to customers
• Ensure prompt delivery of orders and quality service
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate where necessary
• Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service area
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality role is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and presentable personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based schedule (1 day on, 1 day off)
• Approximately 15 working days per month.
