Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant)

Job Summary
- They are looking for a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets while keeping the company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting comprehensive sales plans, and justifying those strategies to upper management.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect for new sales opportunities, identify emerging markets, and map out market shifts with a strong awareness of new products and competition status.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a robust market presence.
- Account & Relationship Management: Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients, understanding their needs, and maximizing portfolio opportunities.
- Operations & Order Management: Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, keeping clients informed of any unforeseen delays or issues.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Store, sort, and manage financial and non-financial data electronically to present realistic sales, revenue, and expense forecasts to the management team.
- Client Support: Respond to customer complaints efficiently and ensure high-quality after-sales support.
- Sales Enablement: Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment, materials, and resources.
Requirements
Education & Professional Development:
- B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Certifications in sales or marketing are an added asset.
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Experience & Core Competencies:
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the enterprise sales process seamlessly from planning to closing.
- Project Administration: Proven working experience as a project administrator within the Information Technology sector.
- Technical Background: Solid technical background with an understanding of, or hands-on experience in, software development and web technologies.
- Strong business acumen and deep industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Soft Skills & Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with absolute proficiency in English.
- Solid organizational skills, including sharp attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Highly responsible, well-organized, and a strong team player with a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
