Job Summary
- They seek to urgently fill the role of Head of Operations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and ensure operational efficiency.
- Experience in performance management and staff supervision
- Applicants MUST reside in Benin City
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 per month.
