Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Benin City, Edo
Job Type: Full-time

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of verifiable experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and team management capability.
• Proven record of successfully closing real estate transactions totaling N500 million and above.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• High level of technological proficiency, including the use of real estate tools and CRM platforms.
• Applicants must reside in Benin City.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 per month (subject to experience and competence).
