Job Description

• As a Hotel Digital Marketer, you are required to drive online visibility and maximize direct bookings by managing websites, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and email campaigns. You analyze guest data, maintain brand reputation, and optimize online advertising to convert digital traffic into revenue.

Core Functions and Responsibilities

• Website Management & Direct Bookings: Optimizing the hotel's website for mobile devices and search engines so users can easily and securely make reservations
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO & SEM): Improving organic search rankings and managing pay-per-click (PPC) ads on platforms like Google to attract users actively searching for local accommodations.
• Social Media & Content Strategy: Showcasing the property's rooms, dining, and amenities through engaging photos, videos, and targeted campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Online Reputation Management: Monitoring and responding to guest reviews on sites like TripAdvisor, Google, and Booking.com, as these heavily influence revenue.

Qualifications
