Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Supermarket Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our furniture and stationery supermarket.
• The ideal candidate will supervise staff, manage inventory, maintain attractive showroom displays, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for inventory tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
• Oversee showroom displays to ensure products are well-arranged, properly labeled, and visually appealing.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Prepare routine sales and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supermarket or retail supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Strong inventory management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS and inventory management systems is an added advantage.
