We are responsible for end-to-end resource management, including recruitment, payroll administration, and workforce/community engagement on behalf of these partner organizations.

Locations: Aba, Umuahia - Abia; Asaba, Ugheli - Delta; Edo North, Benin - Edo; Owerri - Imo; Port Harcourt - Rivers; Edo, Ebonyi, Enugu, Ikom - Akwa Ibom, Onitsha - Anambra; Gombe; and Nassarawa

Job Description

• As a Van Sales Representative (VSR), you will play a key role in driving product availability, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales objectives across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets across assigned outlets.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock — zero-credit policy applies.
• Operate within the approved stock allocation limit.
• Drive distribution and visibility of all products in the market.
• Maintain strong relationships with Key Distributors and resolve field issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and timely submission of sales reports.
• Guarantee proper in-market execution, pricing compliance, and product availability.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in any discipline 1–3 years sales experience (FMCG experience is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good knowledge of assigned market terrain
• Mandatory valid driver’s license
• Applicants must know how to drive and have practical driving experience
• Must be result-oriented, disciplined, and accountable
• Must be technologically inclined
• Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and must be able to drive confidently and professionally, as driving is a core requirement for this role.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month
