Lopterra Services Limited - Our Client is a leading freight forwarder based in Lagos Nigeria, specializing in comprehensive logistics solutions that encompasses air, sea, and land transportation. They provide seamless and efficient services tailored to meet the diverse needs of their client across international freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Land), customs brokerage and clearing, bonded and free zone warehousing, NVOCC representation, courier and express delivery, importer of record (IOR) services, project cargo and heavy-duty transport.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • They are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Officer to support daily sales activities. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating client communications, and supporting the achievement of sales targets and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Source new courier clients daily
  • Visit offices and businesses physically
  • Introduce PNCE courier services professionally
  • Follow up aggressively on leads
  • Convert prospects into paying clients
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients
  • Report daily activities and visits
  • Generate measurable shipment volumes
  • Work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop practical ideas to increase delivery volumes

Qualifications

  • OND, B.Sc./HND in Admin or a related discipline with 3–7 years of relevant Logistic experience
  • Previous experience in courier, dispatch, logistics, sales, marketing, or field operations (Compulsory)
  • Confidence speaking with businesses
  • Result-oriented mentality

Additional Requirements:

  • Proximity to Apapa is highly desired.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with operations teams.

Remuneration
N250,000 - N280,000 / Month Net (Commission Inclusive)
