Job Description

• We are seeking a smart, articulate, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Telemarketer.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote company products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
