Description
- We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and reliable Accountant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, monitoring income and expenses, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring strong financial control across operations.
- The role requires someone who is accurate, disciplined, organized, and able to work with confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilties
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor daily income, expenses, and account balances
- Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Manage payables and receivables
- Track budgets and support cost control
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Support payroll processing and statutory remittances
- Assist with audit preparation and financial compliance
- Identify discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
