Lazeto hotels is a newly established four star hotel located in the Zango area of Kogi, Lokoja Nigeria.The hotel boasts 11 elegantly designed rooms,a roof top bar, restuarant,gym,swimming pool,fish pond.Strategically positioned to cater to business travellers,tourists and locals.Lazeto hotels aims to provide exceptional hospitality services in the confluence city.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Waiter / Waitress

Location:  Zango, Kogi

Job Summary

• We are looking for courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints courteously.
• Process bills and handle payments where required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure efficient service.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Neat appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Applicants must reside within or around the Zango area.
