Lazeto Hotels is a newly established four star hotel located in the Zango area of Kogi, Lokoja Nigeria.The hotel boasts 11 elegantly designed rooms,a roof top bar, restuarant,gym,swimming pool,fish pond.Strategically positioned to cater to business travellers,tourists and locals.Lazeto hotels aims to provide exceptional hospitality services in the confluence city.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Location: Zango, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of all hotel departments.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce company policies and standards.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor departmental performance.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist management in achieving occupancy, revenue, and operational targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an advantage
