We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Chevron Drive, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Welcome and attend to patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Register new patients and update existing patient records.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding the clinic's services, procedures, and operating hours.
• Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate department or healthcare professional.
• Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
