Job Title: Cashier

Location: Enugu and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking for a reliable, honest, and customer-focused Cashier to join our client's team across two locations. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling financial transactions accurately, attending to customers professionally, and maintaining the smooth daily operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments accurately via cash, POS, and other accepted payment methods
• Issue receipts and ensure every transaction is properly recorded
• Balance the cash register at the start and end of every shift without discrepancies
• Maintain accurate daily transactio records and report.
• Monitor and report cash shortages, float discrepancies, or suspicious transactions

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
• Strong numerical skills and ability to handle cash with accuracy and integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible, and highly detail-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Smart appearance and professional conduct at all times.
